In this video I show you What I Eat in a Day, and my easy plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. In the past I felt I was addicted to certain foods, but since I have gone low-carb, I pretty much eat what I want and am rarely hungry. Add chicken and sear on both sides until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked (takes 8-10 minutes and there should be no pink inside). Remove chicken and tent with foil to keep warm. In same skillet, add remaining olive oil, onions and mushrooms and cook until mushrooms begin to release their liquid.
